CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be made with at least 24hours notice. Cancellation made within 24hours of the schedule time will be charged 100% of the service price. For clients who are not an a package same day cancellation and no call no show will result in being charge the full amount of the schedule treatment. For those who are on package a $50 fee will be applied in the case of no call, no show. Project360aesthetics cancellation and rescheduled policy must be made at least 24 hours in advance or the session or deposit will be forfeited. No shows will be charge full treatment fee to the card on file. After 2 no shows, clients must prepaid in full for all future services. A 15 min grade period is allowed after the appointment may be shorten or canceled at our discretion.This policy helps us keep our scheduled organized and ensures we can offer clients who may be waiting.
